This is Halloween

After spending way too much time sewing by hand 2 costumes and cursing the fact that I didnt go and just buy them, the kids were ready to go out and beg for candy, I mean Trick or Treat.

Annika was Sally from the movie Nightmare before Christmas

Trevor was a very handsome Jedi. Annikin Skywalker and yes, he corrected everyone who called him Luke.

They looked excellent. The Murphy's arrived to go hit the neighborhood and off we went. Trevor and Ian didnt last too long. Annika and Daddy walked for a while longer. Trevor was not super thrilled with the fact that she had more candy, but it was not a huge deal. He went to bed early due to the toilet incident (see previous post). They had a few pieces of their loot and Trevor went to bed. Annika stayed up and watched Ghost Hunters.

Here are some additional Pics

I am continually amazed by your made-from-scratch abilities...cooking, now sewing. The costumes were great and they looked very cute. Annika definitely is an experienced Trick or Treater. We enjoyed walking with all of you and hopefully next Halloween will be less eventful for the Wines!

Good job on the costumes Mommy. Glad they got lots of loot.

Love you all,

The kids all look so cute. Nice costume design. Looks like it was a lot of work but they are adorable so you did good. I had probably 70 or more trick-or-treaters here. Hancock seems to be big on Halloween. Parents come with the kids and it seems like a really nice family outing. I took a few pictures of my visitors. They didn't come out that great, but I enjoyed myself. And I'm rambling.

I love you all,
Aunt Kathie (aka Great Aunt Kathie)
