Day Hike at the Superstitions

Great day for a hike. A little bit of sun managed to poke through the high clouds. It managed to stay a beautiful 75 today with a light breeze. Ok, turn the weather channel off.... Great day for a hike in the Arizona winter. I think we were about a week early for full bloom, so we many try to venture out next weekend for some pics. Everything is just starting to blossom and normal brown park is covered in a layer of green.
Here are some of the pics for you to enjoy. My camera is a bit squirrelly, we thought we took more.

This is the time to get outdoors...it is already feeling HOT! Glad you all were able to get some fresh air. If you go next week, you can borrow my camera(s) if you want.

You all look happy to be hiking. What beautiful scenery. Take lots of pictures next week, I've always wanted to see the desert in bloom.
By the way Rick, the beard is striking.

Love you all,
Mom/Gramie

Boy I really have been in my cave. This was posted a while ago. I love the Superstitions. Amazing how green it is... and 75 degrees sounds heavenly. It was in the 20s here that day and tonight is 35 and rainy and windy with freezing rain predicted later and snow tomorrow. Will this winter never end? Looks like you all had a great day. Thanks for sharing your pictures.

I Love You,
Aunt Kathie (aka Great Aunt Kathie)
